Prior to joining Talley Management Group, Ed worked with a national chain retail facility operations management company as Controller. As VP of Financial Solutions and Shared Services at Talley, he leads shared service verticals across the organization, with deep roots in finance and accounting alongside experience spanning membership and event technology operations. Ed has deep expertise in merchant processing fee structures, having led company wide analysis and training on processor markup rates and renegotiation strategies. His work spans complex federal grant accounting and compliance, program specific audits, and financial reporting for nonprofit clients across the association sector.
